Account & Data Deletion
At RajSecure, we respect your right to data sovereignty. You have the right to request permanent deletion of your RajSecure Shield account, cloud profile, and all associated cloud-synchronized metadata at any time.
Important: What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account profile, credentials, cloud sync metadata, and active Protected Share links will be permanently erased.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the RajSecure Shield Android app installed on your device, you can delete your account immediately:
- Open the RajSecure Shield app.
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the top header).
- Select Account & Identity.
- Tap the Delete Account & Cloud Data button.
- Confirm the prompt. Your session, authentication record, and cloud tokens will be wiped instantly from both your device and our servers.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request
If you uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, you can submit an account deletion request using the form below or by emailing our privacy team directly:

✓ Data Deleted Permanently
- Supabase Auth user ID and email credential record.
- Authentication refresh tokens and access sessions.
- Active Protected Share relay ciphertext and key blocks.
- Cloud Sync metadata and case checklist progress.
- Emergency support contact logs associated with your user ID.
ℹ Local Device Data
- Local Evidence Vault files are stored strictly on your phone.
- To delete local files, use the in-app Emergency Wipe or uninstall the application.
- RajSecure servers never hold copies of your unencrypted local vault media.
Processing Timeline & Confirmation
In-App Deletion: Processed instantaneously upon confirmation.
Web Email Requests: Processed within 24 to 48 business hours following verification of email ownership. A confirmation email will be sent once the deletion is finalized.
