1. Service Scope & Explicit Authorization

RajSecure provides professional cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability testing, API reviews, and security consulting. By ordering or initiating any security testing engagement, you explicitly confirm that:

• You own or have documented written authorization from the legal owner of all target assets, domains, servers, and applications submitted for testing.
• Testing will take place strictly within the agreed timeframes and defined technical scope.

2. Payment Terms

All prices and invoices are quoted and payable exclusively in United States Dollars ($ USD). Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (PayPal Checkout). Services begin only after payment authorization and scope confirmation.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

RajSecure does not provide services for unauthorized hacking, system compromise, malware distribution, or unlawful activities. Users are prohibited from submitting assets for testing without verified ownership or authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cybersecurity assessments represent a point-in-time review of authorized systems based on current methodology and available information. Security testing does not guarantee that a system is 100% immune from cyber threats or future zero-day vulnerabilities. RajSecure shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party cyber attacks or system changes post-engagement.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests submitted prior to the commencement of active testing will be reviewed per the engagement contract. Once active security testing or manual inspection has initiated, fees are non-refundable.
